Wonderful stay

Wonderful hotel with amazing facilities from children's activities to restaurants. Always a pleasure to stay here. Wonderful buffet breakfast with a lot of options.

Just the night club downstairs are extremely expensive, and the people always cause trouble on their way out.

It was a good relaxing stay

Food was amazing , the chefs are so welcoming and service was good .

Too much rush , the pool was so full to the point the sanitization was compromised especially the kids pool . Whilst my kids were inside the kids pool a boy around 7-8 years decided to start peeing in the kids pool . I brought my kids out immediately but afterwards I expected them to close the pool , change the water or sanitize the place but nothing happened, the life guard stayed in his place and the remaining time around 30 minutes after this happened people stayed in the pool and next morning again the same water , I was constantly watching from my room window that they will change the water but they didn’t .

Great value. Welcoming staff.

Good value and well located for the purpose of our trip.

Key cards were temperamental. Had to get the re programmed at reception a couple of times. WiFi signal was poor in the hotel room. I was right at the end of the corridor, perhaps it is better in more central rooms?

Staff are very good. Rooms are spacious and clean Location is good. Swimming pools are nice.

AC system was very noisy. Rooms are not insulated for noise. You can easily hear the full discussion of your neighbour's room.

It is perfect but just a bit expensive.

I like the water park that kids can enjoy and very good place for relaxation. I love the food and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Overall was perfect. Best regards

Beautiful hotel for a family break.

The room was excellent and had a spacious balcony with a good view. The staff were pleasant and courteous. This hotel has a charm from an erstwhile era, that always impresses.

In-room dining is outrageously expensive. The mini-bar was not stocked. Breakfast buffet spread is the routine, and could be better with a little more variety.

Friendly staff, nice kid's pool with slide.

The kid's play area was very dangerous - slides had broken plastic with sharp pieces, area around trampoline had sharp pieces of fragmented wood. Room had a strange smell, very dated.

Photos look shiny, clean and modern but experience was disappointing!

Food at McGettigans was excellent!

Bathtub was backed up and wouldn’t drain; tiles looked dirty and grey; a/c filters not cleaned in a long time; impressive size pool but the tiles again were dirty.

Superb Weekend Break

Like everything from check-in, rooms,dining and the pools. The reception staff was very efficient , checked -in us quickly. Gave me one the best view rooms in 5th floor. Spacious room with huge balcony. Buffet breakfast was superb had lots of choices Looking forward to stay there again

Just perfect

I stay there often when I visit Al Ain and this time they gave us an room upgrade which was awesome!!! Amazing pool view and generally amazing view huge balcony, We also lost track of time at the pool so ended up checking out really late (which we were sorry about) however the reception team was really nice to us during the check out!

Everything about the place..The location,stuff was amazing ,the setup itself was amazing best tine there.

When we arrive didn't like the room that we were assigned to but just told the reception if we can change and she was really helpful and changed us..After that everything was perfect.
